I wrote and recorded this one during my initial obsession with Ravi Shankar's classical sitar music. I began experimenting with detuning the acoustic and playing some sloppy classical fingerings in order to obtain a pseudo sitar feel. I then added some backward delay to further the experience. The 12-string bits were added later and the title is a sort of adjunct to "Above the Grave." This one was recorded in 1997 as part of "All Things Impossible."
